With this monthly subscription, we enhance your RednBlue experience by providing exclusive benefits for packages received through the locker service, such as line-free pick-ups at branches, free and unlimited home deliveries, access to a special rate, and special promotions at businesses in Panama with your Premium digital card.
Simply access the Premium section in the app or web portal, link your payment method, configure your preferences, and start enjoying the Premium experience.
It includes unlimited home deliveries with Lightning Delivery or expedited pick-up at branches with Pick-up Express, promotions at affiliated merchants, and a special shipping rate included (Platinum or Platinum One). You also benefit from full automation: your package payments are processed automatically with your saved card.
By accessing the Premium section in the app and finding your Premium Card, you'll see a list of stores affiliated with the Premium benefits program. You'll just need to scan a QR code from the affiliated store to activate the coupon for the benefit you wish to use. This will allow you to activate the coupon and enjoy your exclusive benefits.
Payments are automatic! A requirement to activate the service is adding your debit/credit card in the app so these charges can be executed, so you don't have to worry about it.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pause the subscription. If you’re not using the services, you can cancel it directly through the app or web portal. If you cancel your Premium subscription, you’ll lose access to your Premium card benefits, as well as the Flash Delivery and Pick-Up Express services, until you reactivate your subscription.
To activate your subscription, you must access the Premium section of the app/web portal and follow the steps. You'll need to configure your preferences and choose your payment method. However, if you encounter any issues, you can personally visit our branches or contact us, and we will gladly assist you in setting up your Premium subscription.
Once your packages have been processed at our distribution center, you will receive a notification about it. Similarly, the delivery agents will contact you directly when they're ready to deliver your packages.
No, unfortunately, the subscription is for single use and cannot be transferred or shared.
When you join Premium, your subscription includes a special rate, you can choose between: Platinum ($2.25 rate per shipping weight or volumetric weight) and Platinum One ($2.75 rate per shipping weight only). The option you choose is applied automatically to every air cargo package, and the charge is automatically processed to the card saved in your account. If you want to change your option later, you can request it with an advisor.
