Purchase service
Under the use of our purchase service, REDNBLUE acts as a mediator between the seller and the customer who purchased the product. Any return must be authorized by the seller before being processed and will be carried out under the conditions determined by the seller.
Once the return process is completed (after the seller has received the product and refunded the agreed amount to the original payment method), REDNBLUE will proceed with the refund to the CLIENT.
REDNBLUE is not responsible for defective, incorrect, or different products from those ordered, as REDNBLUE only facilitates the transaction between both parties, the STORE (business where the purchase is made) and the CLIENT.
