You can now shop in China!

Shop in China and receive your purchases in Panama. If you already have your address by email, this guide explains how to use it, what to keep in mind, and the most common questions.

  1. Check the email with your address

    We emailed you the full address of our warehouse in China, along with the unique code that identifies your locker. Keep it handy — you'll need it every time you shop.

  2. Share it with your supplier without modifying it

    When coordinating your purchase, send your supplier the address exactly as it appears in the email. We include it in your language and in Mandarin to make the process easier. Make sure to include your locker code in the recipient's name.

  3. Request the tracking and send the form

    Once your supplier confirms the shipment, ask for the tracking number and the estimated dispatch date. Also send them the form we attached in the email: the supplier must print it, fill it out, and attach it to the package before dispatch.

  4. Pick up your package in Panama

    As soon as your package arrives at our warehouse, we'll notify you so you can pick it up. Transit times vary depending on the route and supplier: approximately 15 days by air and 45 days by sea.
