What happens with the RNB code?

We are always thinking of ways to make your online shopping experience as seamless as possible! So we invite you to stick around and check this blog out, it's full of valuable information.
Shall we begin? 🎓
Let's start by talking about your address, you already know how it goes but let's get a closer look...
The following info is for the Lassonde, Francisco Clark, Boquete, Bugaba, Calle 5ta and Isla Colón branches.

Now, let's break it down:
- The RNB code is simply our alternative name: RNB, it helps our agents in Miami to recognize the package as ours and must be always located on your shipping address.
- The branch code is basically your preferred branch, this facilitates the logistics within Chiriquí so your packages get sent to the correct branch.
- The customer number is unique to you and it will help us to know the package is yours in case your name isn't on the shipping label. When the store or seller doesn't accept numbers you can simply replace it by typing BOX and use the alternative or Address line 2 field to place: RNB [branch code] [customer number].
Why is this important? The correct use of the address will help to avoid delays in the transit of your packages. Avoid having misidentified packages by placing the correct information. If you suspect that the package doesn't have the full address please contact us, we'll be happy to assist you.
Wait, what if this information is not accepted by the seller? There are several ways you can place your shipping address when buying online. If you have any inconvenient, text us! We'll be happy to assist you.
If you made it to this point, congratulations! Here's a medal for you. 🥇
